Claresholm

Claresholm is a southern Alberta town located 125 km south of Calgary and 91 km northwest of Lethbridge. Originally a railway siding watering stop for steam engines on the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1891. Lush grasslands drew ranchers to the area and still does to some extent today. Claresholm is self described as a great place to live which prides itself on the friendliness of its residents, as well as its retail and industrial facilities. A thriving community of close to 4000 people Claresholm benefits from solid agriculture, an industrial airport and more.
